Go outside, and invite your friends and family. Since our Walk is virtual this year, you may walk any 5k to qualify. Use your smartphone or use our tips below to track your progress. Wheelchairs and bikes are okay, too.

Wear your mask and follow guidelines from WMAT and CDC. It’s everyone’s responsibility to slow the spread.

The average 5k Walk takes 45-60 mins. Everyone is different, but a 5k is roughly 3,500 steps.
